I have an old (1960s) sewing machine that needs a total service done on it. It hasn't been used for a long time and I would need to take it somewhere that can do the service on it but also referbish anything parts that needed it. Does anyone know of a reputable place?

What can I do next?

Richland Sewing center is the only place I would trust (and have trusted) with my machines!

Richland Sewing Center in Hurst is the place to go. I have used them for years and have always been satisfied. I have a friend who lives in Denton and drives to Hurst to their store because it is so good and carries the items she cannot find in Denton.

This might be a little far for you but Denton Sewing Center in Denton on Malone is very reputable and they will take good care of you.

The Denton Sewing Center on Malone did an excellent job on the machine I inherited from my grandmother. My grandfather gave it to her as a wedding gift in 1941, used. It hadn't been used in several years, and they took great care of it and made sure I knew how to care for it myself.
