Seeking Recipes That Can Be Made in Bulk and Frozen

I'm looking for some new recipes that can be made ahead and frozen. We already make Mexican Chicken Soup, Beef Stroganoff - freeze it before you thicken or add sour cream), encilladas, italian sausage in sauce for sandwiches, chili, .............we're bored. Who else has some good ideas? I have lots of company coming and would love to have it simple and ready to go!

Thanks

chicken a la king
tater tot casserole
soups / stews can be made ahead and freeze great as well
spaghetti sauce
lasagna
spaghetti pie
broccoli/chicken and rice casserole

Lasagna freezes well - I'm sure any recipe you find will work frozen.

This weekend I did 2 Broccoli, Rice and Cheese side dishes, 2 Firecracker Beef Enchilada Casserole and 2 Chicken Tator Tot casseroles. BTW, you can buy disposable aluminum pans at Sam’s... 30 for 6.99.

Let me know if you want any recipes or want to share what the other ladies send you :-)

Good Luck!

Hi M.,
Check out www.homemadegourmet.com
I am a Homemade Gourmet distributor and we specialize in easy meals in minutes.
We have a program called "4 meals in 4 minutes". This program enables you assemble 4 meals for your freezer in just minutes. OR I am available for homeshows. We can do a JAM=Just Add Meat party where you and your friends attend a presentation where we assemble 4 more meals excluding the meat. Each guest takes 4 meals home and then adds the meat of her choice. All of these meals can be frozen and cooked at a later date.
Please email me at ____@____.com if you are interested or need more info.

most casseroles freeze well. I remember growing up my mom would make large batches of chicken and rice, tuna and noodles, chicken and noodles, beef stew, even spaghetti w/ meat sauce. I thought they all tasted okay.

I like Asian Beef & Noodles and Taco Meat for soft tacos. And fajita meat (beef or chicken).
