Since my daughter was born 2 years ago, we have taken her to Sear's to get her pics done. I have become very unhappy with them because she is 2 and hard to sit still and I always feel rushed when I am there. I don't want to do another dept store. I really would like to find a reasonably priced professional photographer, one who is really great with toddlers and babies. I don't want to drive too far, I live in Palm Harbor, so anywhere from Largo to New Port Richey is fine for me to drive. Looking to get daughter's 2 year old pics done, possibly a maternity shoot done in a month or 2 and then of course, the new baby pictures. Any opinions are very much appreciated!

I have used and recommend Laura Allen of Laura Allen Studios. She doesn't have a studio but rather comes to your home or other off-site location such as the beach, park, yard, etc and sets up everything for high quality shots. We've done our engagement photos, family/group shots, our dogs and cats!, baby photos and now will have her come again for our newest baby of 7 weeks. We love her and the photos. I generally use JCPenny, Sadies or Picture People for quick, cheap shots throughout the year....sometimes only taking home the free 8x10 for a timeline for her baby book.....but for real good professional shots we use Laura every couple years.
