Seeking Pediatric Dentist near Presbyterian Hospital Dallas

My 1 year old chipped both of her top front teeth last night! We need to take her to a ped dentist to make sure there are no problems from it. Anyone know a good (gentle with little ones) pediatric dentist? Anyone have this happen and have words of reassurance or wisdom?! :) This is the first "accident" she's had and I'm hoping all is well. Thank you!

What can I do next?

Thanks to everyone who responded! We went to Dr Judd and had a great experience. There's nothing to do now, just in a year or two we can get them fixed. Fortunately, it doesn't look like there will be permanent damage. Thanks again!

My son fell on a toy and had to have a pediatric partial put in when he was just over a year old. We took him to Dr Hedrick and have been loyal customers ever since. The entire office caters to children and they are right across the street from Presby Dallas. They just remodeled their office -it is beautiful with tons of stuff for the kids to play with and they are quick!

I have to second Jennifer's response. Dr Kogurt and Dr Villasenor (female) are both great as are all the staff. I think there may be a third dentist that I haven't met but I'm sure would be equally good. I couldn't have been happier with this practice. www.mykidsdds.com

Hi T. -

We are very happy with Dr. Lara Holly. She is a children's dentist. She and all her staff are very sweet and gentle. All the moms I spoke with in her waiting room just adore her.

Dr. Kogut is across the street off of Rambler Road. My 3 1/2 year old went there for the first time last week and had a great experience.

Dr. Shannon Coyle Building 8355 Suite 125 ###-###-####. Right across the street. Love her!!!

My 2 year old had dental surgery in March 07, due to her four front teeth browning because of Apple Juice and over utilizing the sippy cup too much and too long. Dr. Donna Barefield was the pediodontist, she covered the 4 teeth with white crowns so that they would not continue to brown and fall out too soon, so my daughter has pretty smile again. Now in July she was pushed by a kid at the daycare and one of the crowned tooth hit the edge of the table and chipped off down to the gums, so of course I was histerical, however my daughter did not bleed or feel any discomfort. Dr. Donna Barefield had to pull the tooth because it was chipped so deep into the gums, she did an awesome job and her staff & follow up was excellent with my little one. She is very professional and very through with the parents about what her recommendateions are for each child. Great bedside manner and very good with kids of all ages. She is located in Dallas off of 35 South.
Her office number is ###-###-####. Good luck
