Seeking OB GYN in Batavia / Geneva / St Charles

I go to Dr. Robert Gallee as well. I have for years. He is wonderful. I had a really tough pregnancy and he was extremely supportive. He really listens. His partner, Dr. Diamante is great too and female if you prefer a woman OB. They are in Delnor Hospital. Best of luck.

I also want to add my recommendation for Fox Valley Women's Health Partners! I loved Dr. Mills & Dr. Wang. Dr. Homan joined the practice right around when I had my baby so I never saw her as a patient, but she did stop by the hospital just to introduce herself. I've only heard good things about her. I wasn't too fond of Dr. Bush, he was just too matter of fact to me like I was just another woman with a baby in me, nothing special. Overall, I love the doctors and the nurses at this practice though.

I highly recommend Fox Valley Woman and Children's Health Partnernship. I just recently gave birth to my first child and was very happy with the treatment I received from the entire practice. All of the doctors are good, but I highly recommend Dr. Mills and Dr. Homan. They have offices in St. Charles on Randall and in Aurora at Mercy Hospital. The phone number is ###-###-####.

Ok, I see a few have responded before I could. I would like to add my recommendation for Dr. Carolyn Mills! When I was having problems and required surgery, I had to find a regular gyne. because I was seeing a midwife for my yearly visits. As a doula, I worked with several providers, but was very impressed with the personal care she provided to her patients. I not only chose her, but have referred MANY women to her over the years, who have been just as happy as I am with her. She and Dr. Busch did my surgery together and I have to say, chose a different route that took all my needs and feelings into consideration. Before hand Dr. Mills addressed all my feeling and treated me as a person first and not a condition.
I love the births I attend with this practice. They also have a great midwife (Sheri) in their practice that I would recommend for any one seeking a midwife for thir birth. I have had very positive experiences with Dr.Wang also.

Hi. I love Dr. Carolyn Mills in St. Charles. Fox Valley Women's Health Partners. She also has office in Aurora. She goes to Delnor or Mercy. I really like the rest of the Dr.'s in the practice too. Especially Dr. Grace Wang. Either would be a great choice.

I see Dr. Gallee and Associates in Geneva. The doctor that I saw when I was pregnant is no longer there but I have seen Dr. Gallee and the Physicians Assistant and both are wonderful. They are located in the Medical Building on the Delnor Hospital Campus.

You can use www.midwife.org to find a certified nurse midwife in you area who will provide routine gyne care as well as OB.

When i moved to aurora from chicago i was totally lost and had to start all over in finding a doctor. I did lots of research and finally found a Wonderful practice!! After working myself with many doctors in many clinics i have to say this is the BEST place to go to. I got very lucky in finding the Fox valley womens practice. I see many other women have recommended them as well and trust me you cant go wrong. My doctor is Dr. Kim Harmon, she is really really good, i have also seen dr. Theresa Homan a few times, also very nice and great sense of humor. I did see Dr. Wang once, she was kind of too serious/dry for me but nice. I never got to see or meet with Dr. Mills in the office for a ob visit, but funny thing is that she was the oncall doctor when i went into labor and she was very nice and i really liked her ( she delivered my son) Bottom line is that you cant go wrong with whomever you see they all work together and are a great group. I have also seen Sherri a few times very nice and knowledgable. Good luck

I. - I too live in Batavia and really like my OBGYN practice - and my doctor. His name is Kevin Hussey...he is one of 6 (possibly) 8 docs in the practice. Dupage OBGYN. They have offices in Geneva (Delnor) and in West Chicago. I found this practice during my 8th month of pregnancy (insurance issues) and they are great. There are three women in the practice - all of whom are really nice too...I met all of them during my weekly visits.

Both Delnor and Central Dupage are great hospitals - these docs deliver at both places. Good Luck

I used to go to our family doctor until we lost our first daughter (stillborn). After that happened my doctor referred me to Fox Valley Women's Health Partners (http://www.fvwhp.yourmd.com/) for our 2nd pregnancy since they specialize in women's medicine and maternity. I am so glad I ended up going there! Dr. Mills and Dr. Wang are my absolute favorite! All of the nursing staff is really great... always smiling. Also I couldn't have asked for a better ultrasound tech. With our 2nd pregnancy we ended up seeing Stephanie quite a few times and she was really, really wonderful - down to earth, very caring and always gave us lots of information about what she was looking at and looking for. Also, she's in house, so if we had any questions or concerns during our normal visits we could just go right in and she'd check everything out. I go to their St. Charles location; my cousin goes to their Aurora location and sees Dr. Bush. She's been very happy with them as well.
