Seeking Moms' Groups on Upper East Side

I live on 77th & York, and although I work p/t, I'd be interested in joining whatever group you manage to get going. I have a 25 mo. old son.

I too live on the UES (70s) and have a 6 mo old son. I haven't been able to find any mom's groups on the UES. I just recently found out that the 92nd Street Y has a weekly drop in session for moms with infants 0-12 months:

I've been going to a mom's group that is put together by a group called Realbirth and have really enjoyed it (but it's a bit of a shlep every week):

There are many organizations that offer lunch get togethers, but I haven't gone to any of these because they are too expensive for me ($40 each).

Hi, my name is O. Lucia, and I too live in the upper east side (actually mid - 59th Street). I have a 7 month old daughter and would love to join any group that you can get started. I am an attorney but am staying home this first year (possibly longer) to be with my daughter. Let me know if you muster enough people to plan an outing (playdate/lunch/etc.).

Why don't you look up www.karmakidsyoga.com. They are located downtown but give classes on the east side at various locations. Their website has the schedules for the east side. Give it a look see, I think you'll find it appealing as you are athletic and looking for something to do within a group.
