Seeking Info. on Re-financing Our Home

Hi, My husband and I (as many of you are too, I'm assuming) are in the process of a new budget for '09. We are currently at the end of an "arm" loan for our home and are seeking any opportunity to find a (preferably Christian/honest) referral for options to lower our current mortgage. This is an area that I am vaguely familiar with and hoping to gain some wisdom toward. Thank you in advance for allowing us the insight/freedom/wisdom of moving toward a healthier plan for our family/finances!!

Hi R., I have a good friend that goes to our church. My husband and I have always used him, as have all of my husband's big family and all our friends. He is great because he explains what's happening. (without making me feel studpid)His name is Mike O'Neill and you really couldn't find any one more honest and nice. His cell is ###-###-####. He works for National Savings Bank. Good Luck-rates are really low, we are also looking at refiancing. G.

R.,

Mike Kelly at Kansas City Mortgage Group is a kind, honest, ethical person and I'm sure would not steer you in the wrong direction. His number is ###-###-####.

My husband and I have been approached to refinance our home and talked to Mike who agreed with us, that it really didn't make sense in our situation. *We currently are starting our 8th year of a 15 year note. We could get a slightly lower interest rate but by the time you pay all the fees AND the fact we would be starting over, it just didn't make sense.

Good Luck

L. K

I bought my first house at the ripe old age of 36 and had a very positive, honest, pleasant experience with Rita at Mill Creek Home Loans. Her office is located at 75th & Quivira in Shawnee (____@____.com). My father recommended her to me and has done business with her for many years.
