Seeking In-Home Childcare or Daycare in Carrollton

I'm going back to school for the Spring semester and will need childcare for my daughter. She turns 1 in October. My budget is a little tight with me out of work, and I don't know yet how much financial aid I'll get for school, so I'm trying to find out early how much I need to plan on paying to get care I'm comfortable with. Anyone have affordable care they just love? I'll be going to Brookhaven, so places between here and there would be perfect. (I'm right off Keller Springs @ Marsh in Carrollton.)

If YOU have an inhome service, here's what I'm looking for: Full day 2-3 days a week (I'll know in November, and it could change each semester). I may also need a couple random days for a couple hours leading up to that point for when I meet with the advisor on campus and nursing orientation.

What can I do next?

I am also going to Brookhaven and a childcare provider with over 20 years of childcare experience which includes preemies through teenagers, special needs. I also live in Carrollton about 7 minutes away from your location.

Please let me know if interested.

Thank You

Have you checked at the school? The college I went to had on site, very affordable child care for staff and students.

Contact Judy Meine from Judy's Family Child Care at ###-###-####. We used her for 2 years and were very happy. She is located at Beltine and Josey in Carrollton.

We live off Marsh and Keller Springs, too! Our son stayed with an in-home sitter from six weeks old to three years! (Then we moved him into a preschool). The woman is AMAZING; has kept most of her kids from infancy, too, and is full of love for them all. She has all her certifications and licensing, does real "curriculum" with them (and every child she's kept is super smart, and ahead of their development age!!)

Message me if you want her contact information; it would be a great place for your child! I do know she accepts part-time like you mention (2-3 days a week), as well as drop-ins for a few hours, and she has worked with families on different rates according to their situations, so I'm sure she'd do the same for you. Good luck!! :)

My boyfriend's sister in law has an in home day care. She is one block south of LBJ at Marsh Lane. That should be really convenient for you too. Her name is Jane Jones and she is just fabulous. Her number is 214/734-7313. Tell her G. referred you.
