Searching for a Fun, Sturdy Push Toy

Hello! My son is pulling himself up and scooting around furniture, so I am looking for a push toy that he can walk behind. I'm hoping to find something sturdy that won't topple over when he pulls himself up on it. I am also hoping to find one that has activities to do on the front of it (things that spin or buttons to push) so that he can sit down in front of it and play that way. I don't care if it later morphs into a wagon or riding toy like so many of them do. I just want a sturdy, fun push toy that won't fall over! Thanks in advance for your wonderful advice!!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?™

Thanks for all of the great suggestions! I ordered the Parents-brand walk-behind/push toy because we LOVE that brand of toys. I didn't even realize they made a push toy, so thank you for letting me know! I'm also considering one of the less expensive ones for use outside or at Grandma's. Thanks again!

I second Michelle's suggestion. We didn't have that one, but a friend did,and it worked well. We had a plastic one from target that is also a car. It's fun, but not the best for beginning walkers because it's so light and the wheels get in the way of their feet. Good luck!

We have this (not this specific one, we found ours at Costco 2 Christmases ago) and both of my boys have loved it for pushing around. It's very sturdy and has three different types of blocks to play with in addition to the spinning toys in the frame of the handle.

I like this one, from Radio Flyer. It is classic looking, and doesn't have activities, but holds fun toys, stuffed animals, etc... so it doubles as storage. It has a special locking mechanism so the wagon doesn't roll away from the kiddo if they fall down... something about when there is downward pressure on the handle from the child running too fast or falling forward, the wagon stops rolling easily? I can't remember exactly how it works, but it was definitely a favorite and seemed to work very well when my kids were learning how to walk. They still play with it at 4 & 2. The only trouble was they'd walk as far as they possibly could, hit a wall and then yell until someone would come and help them turn around to go again.

K.,
We liked the push toy/walk behind made by Parents. It was wooden and heavy, so it was sturdy enough so that it didn't tip and my son could pull up onto it. It also had some wire rings on the front that had toys he could move around on it, but the coolest part were the 2 sections in the front of it that were filled with different blocks, some wooden, some plastic, some fabric...mulisensory and mulitage!

We used one from Fisher-Price that we liked- it was sturdy and had activities to keep them entertained...

My daighter has one that also turns into a foot pushed bike. It opens up and can be a walk behind. It also has a few toys to play with on it.

We had the Leapfrog learning band I think it was called. I loved it and so did my two kids; it is now being used by my neice and she loves it too. It is very sturdy and makes music or your can turn it off and just push it for some peaceful time. It was a great buy.
