Roofing Referal in Spring Area.

It is so hard to get a reliable roofer especiaaly since Ike with all the elevated prices. My roof is not covered under insurance and want a good roof but do not live in an upscale home or area. Thanks in advance.

What can I do next?

FairClaims Roofing ###-###-#### Did a FABULOUS job for us and out of the 4 bids I got, they were actually the cheapest. I called their references and went and looked at one of the houses since it was in my neighborhood. They were efficient, VERY clean - didn't destroy any of my plants around the house and were done in 3 or 4 days. Justin is the guy I spoke with. I did feed them lunch a couple of the days and I had a cooler filled with drinks for them each day - I asked Justin what their preferences were and made sure it was full. They were GREAT - guys were friendly and curtious (that just doesn't look right, wish I could spell) - I even offered them use of my restroom - they were shocked and very grateful.

Hi E.,

My husband and I just bought a house 3 weeks ago. The house had Ike damage and the roof had to be replaced. I got an estimate from David Berger ###-###-####. I called him on a Saturday morning and he called me by 11am the same day and had already been on the roof. His estimated ended up to be lower than the insurance amount. And, when he found out I had to provide 3 estimates for the insurance company he was so eager for the business he said to let him know if I received a lower amount because he'd really like the opportunity to have the job. They did a good job and his crew cleaned up after (I have a 17 month old who would have found any nail they left). I hope this helps. You can tell him L. Pol referred you. I'm sure he'll remember me.

Hi E., I just asked my moms club this same question yesterday! Here's the response i got:
We just had a brand new roof put on our home a few months, thanks to Ike! We received three bids, one from a roofing company in the area that has been in business for over 30 years, recommended by a friend…his bid was substantially higher than the company we went with, like enough to take a luxury vacation on! I highly recommend Patrick Roofing ###-###-####. He has also been in business for over 30 years. His office is on Spring Cypress between Stuebner Airline and Kuykendahl. He was very easy to work with not condescending (like so many contractors can be). His crew did a fantastic job and I am happy to say, we have had no leaks since this past torrential rain!!!! Patrick Roofing did patch jobs for our next door neighbor and complete roof for a neighbor two doors down after Ike.

and from another:
I was told by roofers I need a new roof after Ike. Which if you saw my roof you would understand disbelief. Patrick roofing came out, and he said I needed a couple of new shingles and to renail some. He told me the builder never sealed around my stuff so that is why it leaked during IKE. He charged $150 to do everything! A complete relief!! Highly recommended

Good luck!

Try Northside Roofing or Brinkman. Northside is who we use. They are very affordable and and very good. Our Insurance and one of our neighbors recommended Brinkman.

Fairclaims roofing is the best in the area.

Do you need an entire new roof or just some repairs?
