Ricotta and Greek Yogurt

Hello all.

I am looking for recipes to use up some ricotta cheese and some greek yogurt. I was hoping for cookies that freeze well or other baked goods.

I already have a basic ricotta cookie/italian christmas cookie recipe and a ricotta chocolate chip cookie recipe. I am looking for something different.

When I make chicken salad, I cut down the mayo and use plain greek yogurt.

For a healthy breakfast, stir some fruit and granola cereal in with the greek yogurt (not exactly a recipe, but a good use for it).
