Recommend a Pediatrician

I love Dr. John Hansen who is at the Children's Hospital of San Diego near Clairemont. Google him - they take most forms of insurance except Kaiser.

Dr Veda Wu ###-###-#### from Sharp Rees-Stealy right off the 15 freeway. She is awesome!!!

I take my daughter to Dr.Gee-Lew. There are three doctors in the group and they are all wonderful! She was highly recommended to me by several nurses and physicians. I drive quite a distance to see her and so far she is worth it. Her office is in Hillcrest!!!

We go to Dr.Sanford with the Scripps group...we love her. Also, if you're new to the area I always like to tell people about the parent participation classes offered thru continuuing education...the classes are great for getting support for mom stuff and meeting other moms/babies. You can google San Diego continuuing education and look under, I think child development, can't remember. They have both indoor and outdoor classes...we love them, i've been taking my son since he was an infant (now almost 3) and we also go to the baby signing class for my daughter 14mo. Dr. Wu is great. She is in Clairemont, about 10 minutes away from where you will be living. She is on Health Center Drive, right next to the Mary Birch birthing center. She has taken care of our daughter since she was born. She is considered one of the top pediatricians in the area. She is very available and informative.
