Hey everyone, i want to file a complaint against Cardinal Tree Services ###-###-#### (Luis Contrereas), but they did not have an address listed on their business card. has anyone ever used them and/or does anyone have an address for them? they started a tree job at our house but did not chip/haul away a portion of the tree. they will not respond to my phone messages. thanks for any help!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Hey everyone,

thanks for the great responses. I tried pursuing things through the BBB but unfortunately, they need a business address to do this. i am considering the other resources you mentioned and have put out bad reviews on the web. hopefully they will not get away with this again. thanks again!

Contact the Better Business Bureau they can help you and get you to mediation if necessary

Apparently, you're not the only one...

I could only find this after googling the name of the company

By joining Angie's List (www.angieslist.com) you can file negative reports (or positive if you've gotten good service) about any type of service vendor. There is an annual subscription fee, but it is a great resource. I am a member and checked the list for you, but they are not in there, which just means that no other members have used them. You can file with the Better Business Bureau and Chicago Tribune has a "Problem Solvers" column. Good luck. I hope it gets resolved for you.

you can also contact the fixer at the suntimes, and just for PR's sake and to warn others, post something at: www.badbusinessbureau.com

that's a great site to research before using any services!
