Fantastic! We have one here (Lake Zurich) and they do awesome work. I used to go to JC Pennys (for years) I'll never go back there! Portrait Innovations is so much better. They have run a little behind on appointment times - but they have a great waiting area with toys so it's not to bad. Their pricing is awesome. You get spend as little or as much as you want. We did our family picture there this summer & we wanted a huge one for over the fireplace.... I e-mailed their corporate office for a release to get it printed in a larger size & I got it in two days via e-mail. Very easy to work with.

I went to one downstate and got a ton of pics (which was a little more expensive) but I just couldnt decide! They were all adorable poses and props!!

We took our son for his 1st birthday and LOVE them! They were awesome. They take a million shots and allow you to change outfits as many times as you want (within reason). They have a great package if you just get one shot...I think it's between $10 and $20, and they usually have holiday deals. But I'm warning you, they take so many shots, that it is incredibly difficult to choose just one. We spent WAY more than we should have, but we have a lot of great pictures too. But, if you don't want to spend tons of money, set a price before you go, and then let them know ahead of time...that way you won't end up like we did! :)

Love them. Been to the one in Lake Zurich several times. Their basic package (1 favorite pose) is $10 and it includes a lot of pictures. The prices go up from there, depending on how many poses/sheets you want. I have been happy to just get the $10 package. There is no sitting fee. I found this great when my young ones would not sit and pose. I had to leave without pictures once and reschedule, and it was fine.

Never been there, but I've always been extremely happy with Sears -They have coupons now for no session fee and a $10 package as well - Maybe I even saw a $5.00 package. I usually do sheets so I can pick different poses(packages are usually just one pose) but I've loved Sears for almost 4 years now!
