I have a couple small tag moles that I developed after having children and want them removed. One is on my neck, so I definitely want someone who is good - and not ludicris in price. I don't mind paying for quality, but there are limits.
Hello, I don't have a plastic surgeon but just a comment. I had a small mole or skin tag type thing removed (from my face!) and they did it right at my dermatologist's office. It was a while back, not in this area. But the Dr. did a fine job and there was just a tiny spot left behind at the time that you now cannot even see. So, if you have a dermatologist or know of a good one of those, maybe you could start there?

Not a plastic surgeon, but my derm is FANTASTIC! Michelle Algarin in Laguna Hills - by Laguna Hills Mall. She's top notch in OC but you might have to wait a few weeks to see her.
I would go to a dermatologist instead. Ladera Detmatology is great.
