You might also call Beaumont's physician referral line - they've been very helpful in the past when we've needed a doctor in a specific area that takes specific insurance.

We love our pediatrician, and they take medicaid, but they'd be a bit of a hike for you, because they're at 18 1/2 and Mound. For us, Dr DePrez & his partners are worth the drive because they are very familiar with preemies and complicated kids. They came highly recommended by the Beaumont-Royal Oak NICU staff.

You've probably already found someone, but Dr. Nancy Mannisto at Royal Oak pediatrics is great! All the doctors there are wonderful! There are four of them, I've seen them all and I am very pleased. They are Beaumont doctors and accept the Molina plan from medicaid. They're located on the west side of Woodward just south of 11 mile. Good luck!

Dr. Muller at The Center for Pediatric and Adolecent Medicine is great! We have medicaid too. They are great there. THey are located near Somerset Mall on Big Beaver near Coolidge.

There is a great Pediatrician's office on 14mile just east of woodward (so between woodward and coolidge) Everyone there is wonderful, nurses, docters, everyone. You are not treated any different than any of the other kids/parents.

This isn't RO Beaumont, but any U of M doctor or clinic accepts Medicaid (we are adoptive parents and had to find a doctor that accepted it as well). We go to the Livonia office at 8 Mile & Farmington Rd. They are wonderful there. They have a website at www.med.umich.edu. They have offices all over and you can do a search on there. Good luck!
