I just moved here and we need to find a good pediatrician in our area. The ped. we use now is over an hour away and I am not very fond of her. Does anyone know someone good and trustworthy to take my 6 month old to?? THANKS!
Hi, welcome to Charlotte!! I have two daughters 5 and 3, we use to go the University pediatrics. It is next to the hospital on Harris blvd. I was very happy there. We started there when my youngest was born. We now go to Huntersville ped. and are really happy there as well.
We go to University Pediatrics, but the Prosperity location. My son's primary physician there is Dr. Freeman who is WONDERFUL! We have also seen Dr. Knuston on and off and she is fabulous too. Overall, I think the practice is quite strong. My neighbors all rave about Dr. Gunter at the University location of University Peds.

Welcome to the South. I too moved from Rochester (Fairport NY) about 10 years ago and I can say its hard for me to go back home to visit. I usually wait until summer before I venture back.
I was using Providence Pediatrics, but I am switching to University Pediatrics. Dr. Karen Breach was my doctor when I first came, and then my insurance changed so I switched. She is an excellant physician.

Hi T.! We take both of our little ones to University Pediatrics, Dr Tara Lods. She is WONDERFUL! Actually, I dont think you could go wrong with any Dr there. Every experience we had has been great.
Just another recommendation for University Pediatrics. Both of my girls absolutely adore Dr Christopher Lakin. He's wonderful.
