Neon Uniform Polo with NO LOGO

I am trying to find neon polo shirts for my 8 year old who must wear a uniform to school. He can have any color but cannot have a logo. I can find tons of neon polos online but all have logos that I have found so far. He likes his neon under armour and Nike polos but cannot wear them because they have a logo.

What can I do next?

Many sites have polos in uniform colors. Generally the colors allowed are white, blue, black and navy. You should confirm this. Google for "uniform shirt". Even Children's Place has gotten in on the uniform bandwagon. It may be harder to find neon colors in a polo that fit the criteria. I would steer him toward other colors if you are unable to find neon.

Old Navy has a lot of colors if he wants and can have more than blue. http://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/category.do?cid=1015532

I'm confused. My girls wore/wear uniforms K-8th. There are two color choices in collared shirts. On what planet is the dress code neon?

If you're trying to circumvent the dress code by putting him in a bright colored shirt that sort of fits the parameters your acting like an A$$. Follow the code as it's intended or find another school.

If I'm wrong I apologize!

If he can have any color why do you want neon? My son can have a choice of 4 colors, red being the easiest to find. Good luck.

Did you ask the school or PTO for a recommendation as to where to buy shirts?

Geesh, the reason they wear pull over collared shirts is so that everyone will be dressed in the same clothing. You sound like you're planning on your son standing out in a big way.

Our school uniforms are ONLY 3 colors for shirts. Red, white, and navy with either navy pants or khaki pants. They have to wear a belt with them too.

We bought plenty of pull over collared shirts at Walmart of $3.95 each. They have them in a rainbow of colors.

I would try Lands End online. My grandsons wear uniforms (they must be white or navy) and Lands End definitely has the best quality. Way better than gymboree or really any others that we have bought. We do have to take them in to get their school emblem embroidered on but they wash well and hold up well.

Have you tried discount stores - Walmart, K-Mart, maybe even Target? They have lots of off brands, so you might have better luck finding shirts without logos.

I was going to suggest possibly clipping the threads if the logo is embroidered.

We have uniforms and the rule is "Solid Color Polos, Collared Shirts, (May also wear any solid, buttoned and collared long or short sleeved shirt)" so neon would be acceptable. There is a brand of shirts my son prefers but they have a different color around the very inside collar (the part you cannot see if buttoned to the top button) and they have not remarked on that. They are not the typical cotton ones and I think we got it at Wal-mart and it was in a really nice blue. He likes that as an alternative.

Funnily enough, he did get a report for wearing a tie.

If he can wear any color just go to Target, Sears, JC Penney, etc.. They usually have a large selection of polo's without any logo's on them.

I don't know if they offer neon colors, but most schools that have dress codes have certain colors they allow.

You need to check the colors allowed. Just saying any color is not the norm at all. Usually they are white or blue. Sometimes red. But usually white or blue. Before you go buy a bunch that will make your kid stand out in a weird way I would check. Most boys would not like to be wearing sherbert color or neon yellow/green when everyone else is in white / blue or red.
