Here's one that's fast and easy!
Tator Tot Casserole
One bag frozen tator tots.
1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
one can cream of mushroom soup
One can of corn
half cup milk
lots of shredded cheese.
Line the bottom of a large baking dish with the frozen tator tots. Place in oven and turn on to 375. Brown hamburger with chopped onion. Drain fat. Mix Cream of Mushroom soup with milk and add to hamburger, add corn, stir in a handful of cheese, more if desired. Scoop hamburger mixture over tator tots, cover with cheese and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for about 20 min. The best way to tell if it's done is to dig out a tator tot and make sure it's not still frozen. This is a great one dish meal that will feed a lot, and it's easy to bake two at the same time. This also freezes well.

Here's one of my fav.'s that my Mom used to make for me.
Chicken Roll-ups
1 (8 oz) can of Cream of Chicken
1/2 cup of Milk
2 cups of Moz. Cheese
1 large can of Chicken
1 can of (8) Crescent Rolls
Preheat oven to 350. Take the chicken place a small amount on each crescent roll, along w/ a little of the cheese. Roll them up. Bake them until the rolls start to rise. In the meantime, mix together the cream of chicken w/ the milk. When the rolls rise, take them out cover them w/ the mixture and the rest of the cheese. Bake for 20-30 mins.
I love this recipe. You can make a larger amount by just doubling everything. So its great for large or small families. Hope you try it, and enjoy!!

hi K.
A friend gave me this recipie and everyone who has had it loves it.
enchilada casserole
1 can cream soup( anykind)
1 can enchilada sauce
1lb ground beef(cooked)
grated cheese ( however much you like)
tortillas
mix soup and enchilada sauce together
then you just layer
tortilla
soup beef grated cheese
you can do about 3 layers then cover top layer with lots of cheese.
bake on 350 until cheese melts, about 20-30 minuets
you can also add things, like onion, corn, olives , tomatoes
whatever your family likes.
I like this one because you can make it up ahead of time then just pop it in the oven when your ready!
