Well if you aren't getting anything with a third row and only want a car then the Chrysler 300 is great. I have one and can fit 3 car seats in the back no problem. Plus they are really nice cars.

The Saturn Outlook is really nice if you are looking for the interior of a mini-van but the exterior of an SUV. Otherwise I have quite a few friends that LOVE their Honda Odessey's or Toyota Siennas. I have even heard the Crysler Town and Country is nice these days. I am not much of a mini van person so that is why we went with the Outlook. Good luck and congratulations!!

I have an 8 year old, 6.5 year old and a 3 year old. My camry fit all three in the back...most people were amazed. All my kids are slim so I used 2 britax for the younger kids on the outer seats and had my 8 year old in a Radian/Sunshine 65 booster in the middle seat since we had #3. No child had to do anything but buckle the 5 pt harness and all seats fit with no struggling to put the seatbeat on. We survived in the camry for many years like that. We just bought an MDX and will have to switch to 2 side by side radians(17 inch width convertible carseat) so that the 3rd row can be accessible by the 2nd row -- the case for most of the crossover SUV's with a split 2nd row seat. Hope this helps. Look into the Radian carseats they are slimmer and I think they all are convertible and can take infants.

We had the same issue when I was expecting the twins :) We ended up getting a Ford Windstar. It fit all the kids plus room for an extra person. It is a great car. Good luck.
