What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Well the dentist says that it's weird that they have not come out yet, since they are right there... she recommended to bite on carrots, celery, etc, just to make her gums soft enough for them to come out... My daughter has been doing that, but it doesn't seem to work...

it took about that long for my childs teeth to come in... it is possible they were extracted so early that the teeth were not right there to poke through. What does the dentist say ?? xray ?? I am sure there is nothing to worry about. She may just have slow teeth movement.

my oldest child had a tooth knocked out & it took her almost 2yrs for it to grow back in.. The dentist just kept watch on the area & said that sometimes the trama of losing it or being pulled can cause the growth to slow. As long as the Dentist is aware they will grow back in time..

My son was waiting for his 2 top teeth for about a year. He also had them knocked out (baseball practice) and I think when they don't fall out naturally it takes way longer for them to come in.

You have talked to the dentist....not much else you can do but wait.

Her dentist should be able to take an X-ray and see if they're ready or not quite. They could also make small incisions to allow the teeth to come through.

Sometimes the dentist has to cut the gums open for them to come through. Not fun, but sometimes less pain that having them stretched and swollen.
