Can anyone suggest a location - plano, frisco, dallas - that have tea parties for moms and daughters? An out of state friend mentioned she attended one, and the staff dressed up the girls and had a fantastic time.

I heard that Peek a Boutique in Allen holds tea parties in their back room that are really cute, but I think you have to invite people and pay for the room, they don't just do it.
There is a place in the down town McKinney square that will set up a party for you and your girls. There is another in down town Plano. Then there is the Lavender House Tea Room in McKinney. It is more of a resturant than a place to dress up, but is very pretty inside. They have crystal chandeliers, piano music. Very fun for a nice lunch with your girl friends or daughters. It is located in the Eldorado Plaza.
I am not sure of a resturant but maybe a play group could arrange one. I would be happy to attend with my little girls.
Tea Time Treasures in downtown Plano. I don't even know if they are still open but my daughter now 11 went there for several parties, tea with mrs. Claus, etc. They dressed up and had a wonderful time.
