I live in Old Irving too and am looking to move. Our lease is up May 31. I've been keeping an eye on the chi reader website and there are a few places but I'm not sure if they are top floor or not. have you checked that website out? Also, have you taken a drive or walk around the neighborhood? I love the area, we live at Grace and Kostner but we're on the 1st floor and when we move I don't want to be on the 1st floor, I would also like the top floor. We're looking for a 3 bedroom because I have a 2 1/2 year old and one on the way. There are quite a lot of 2 bedrooms in Old Irving listed on www.chireader.com you should check it out.
