Looking for Rental Help

We sold our home and have 2 months to move out. I'm in search of a rental in a good friendly community but am just lost in trying to sort through all of the listings out there. Has anyone have any good ideas on locating a home to rent? Will a realtor help if we are not buying? Any suggestions would be helpful. We are looking in the Allen, Frisco, Plano and McKinney area. (wide range, looking for the perfect neighborhood for kids)

we used a realtor when we were looking for a rent house! it was great b/c we don't have to pay them anything. the owners of the house paid the realtors fees!

I haven't actually gone through final steps with them but have used their site and spoken with someone with their company. The company is elease. They send daily matchings via email to you. You might give them a try.

Hi - I'm a realtor and yes, we do help people with rentals. I can e-mai you some places to look at if you can tell me how much you want to spend and how many bedrooms/baths. Usually the min. lease is one year. Let me have your e-mail address and I'll take care of it!
