There's one just down the street from me on Victoria Circle in McKinney, 75070. I can go look at the sign if you like to find out the info on it. We have unique homes in my nieghborhood. All have lovely front porches and siding (like old Victorians), there are 62 houses all in a private cirle, with a park in the middle.

I am a licensed realtor, although I do not actively sell or lease due to my children's ages. I would be happy to get you in contact with someone who can help you. Unless you are not planning to stay in town long, and if you are able I would highly recommend buying instead of leasing. However I know that in this economy that is not always an option. Feel free to contact me if I can be of any help.
