Looking for Clean House to Rent

My husband and I are moving back to Fort Worth the end of this month. We are looking for a 2-3bedroom house to rent in a decent area in Fort Worth. We currently live in Chicago and I am having the hardest time trying to find houses for rent online. Anyone have any ideas of how to go about finding housing for rent???

What can I do next?

My husband is a licensed real estate agent who works as a locator. He works with several different property management companies. It is a free service for you - he is paid by the properties. If you would like to know what he has in Fort Worth, please let me know price range, area, etc. Thank you!

I live in a neighborhood called Chapel Hill near Saginaw. It's right off Business 287. There are plenty of houses for rent here although I don't remember the names of the real estate companies but I think one is Keller Williams. The website to the neighborhood is http://www.chapelhilldfw.com/
Everyone here loves it and the community does a lot of activities and isn't cliquish at all. There are a lot of moms with young children here. There are plenty of parks, a great playground, and a very nice pool. If you want me to go look at some of the real estate signs and figure out which companies represent the properties, I'd be happy to do so. Good luck in your search!!

Some real estate companies have rental homes. You should look into those, might have to just call around. I know one of the houses we rented was through Fortune Realty; it was in Arlington however, the office is in north richland hills that we paid to. I'm sure they have more rental properties. Good Luck!

my husband's grandmother just moved to assistedliving and we are getting her house cleaned out to rent. it is off of trail lake dr near hulen area close to wedgewood baptist church. it is a two beadroom with option of three bedrooms with two baths,2 car garage living room, dining room eat in kitchen, sun room and large back yard that is divided and has a dog run. they are wanting to rent it for $850 per mth with $850 deposit.

I live in north Ft Worth and there has been a sign out for a lease house 1200 a month. Several homes in our subdivision are for lease. I will look and drive through and see if any are available and give you a phone number if I see any. My number is ###-###-####. It is really easy to get into a brand new home even if you do not have good credit. Rent is about 1200-1500 for leasing. G. W

Hi J.,

We are currently looking for a rental as well. It is a challenge! I've been using this website, which lists all types of companies. We've also done drive-bys in neighborhoods we want to live in or near. If your parents can do that, it may help. What area of Fort Worth specifically and maybe I can help as we are looking. The website is realtor.com (click on "rentals" tab). Blessings on your move, V.

Are you looking to be "in" Fort Worth or "near" Fort Worth? We live close to Ft. Worth and I could tell you about several homes for rent and for sale near us if you are interested. I also know of a good real estate agent who can assist you with home rentals and sales in this area. Let me know if you'd like her number! Have a great day. --C.
