We just bought a house a couple months ago and we used Greg Mercer with Bancgroup in Naperville. They're wonderful! His# ###-###-####. Another question for you: I read you referral with your babysitter in Lockport, do you know any babysitter like that around Naperville/Bolingbrook area?

After using a couple Mortgage Brokers that did not do what was best for us, but best for them. We finally found a great guy (who came highly recommended to us). If you could rate mortgage brokers by 1-10, I give Ida Phillips a 12&1/2. It is painless, she comes to your home and collects all the information. She has been selling mortgages for over 17 years. Our last closing took 1/2 hour. It made buying our new home an even more pleasurable experience.

She is associated with Woodfield Planning and Mortgage. They won several "industry awards" for last year.

A few years ago, she was able to secure a loan for a friend of mine who wouldn't qualify with anyone else because of some "life situations"
