A Good Realtor
My fiance and I are ready to purchase a home. Does any one know a local realtor(dallas) that can work with my fiances credit problems? Or even a morgage lender that you can recommend. This is all new to us.

A.,
We used a great team when we bought both of our homes. Our first home was purchased while my husband and I were still in college, so they are both wonderful working with some credit/cash flow issues. Realtor is Angela Squitieri ###-###-####. I can't tell you how many homes she showed us, or how patient she was with me! I'm picky! She never showed us homes that we couldn't afford or pushed us into anything we felt uncomfortable with. Lender is Tish Ashley ###-###-####. The prices Tish gave us in pre-approval were the same we went to the signing table with - which is rare. We were actually a little over on estimates on the 2nd house, so my husband and I walked away with $100 less of a morgage payment each month than we thought. All of my other friends say that is usually works the other way! I can't tell you enough how much we enjoyed this team, I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have about them. Have a great day!

Shirley Marr is incredible! I have known her for over 10 years - even before she was a realtor. We have a blast looking at houses and she is more concerned about making sure you get the right fit for your family and budget than anything else. She will tell you, "this is not a good house, let's leave!" She know alot about foundtation and remodeling and can help give you a vision for a house that may need a little work. I love Shirley. Her husband, Woody, can help you with credit issues. He is a broker. They are honest, reliable and fun! I HIGHLY recommend them. Her number is ###-###-####. I do know she is out of town until 4/28/06 but she will return your call and get started wtih you right away.
