I have super dry skin and I am looking for a good all over lotion. I want something reasonably priced that I can buy locally at Target or Wal-Mart etc. Thanks!

What can I do next?

Hi S. -

I use Olay Body Quench and it is the best. My husband is always telling me how soft my skin is and it is!

It is about $8.49 at Walmart, but it is worth it. They have two kinds and one for extra dry skin.

Give it a try!

R.

hi S., i sell a naturally based body lotion that works really well and they are reasonably priced (and can be shipped directly to you).
If you have really dry skin I would suggest one of our body butters, they are ultra hydrating & smell wonderful.
I would love to help you find something that will work good for you.

I love Aveeno. It is thick, but soaks right into the skin without leaving it oily. You can find it at just about any store, but I buy it at Costco to get a bigger bang for my buck.

Try olive oil. This is the base for most salves which are basically olive oil infused with herbs and a little bees wax added for thickness. Olive oil will hydrate your skin and you can avoid synthetic ingredients anf fragrances. great for dry skin and eczema. PS great for baby too especially massages!

I recommend Cetaphil Daily Advance Ultra-Hydrating lotion for everyday hydration. I have found it to be the best! If your skin is really dry, Cetaphil also makes a thicker cream (it comes in a round tub), but it is greasier. The Cream worked wonders on my son's eczema. Cetaphil is sold at both Wal-Mart and Target.

S.,
I don't know what you consider reasonanbly priced, but I use cetaphil lotion on my skin and it keeps it from looking like the desert. It is available at all retailers.

Hi S., I've always had extremely dry skin and when my son was born he had bad eczema. We have tried so many brands of lotions and none seem to work that well (without special ordering through a catalog) to relieve extreme dryness. Then the other day while shopping at Target, a lady approached me that worked as a distrubtor of Boots, the leading skincare line in the UK for the last 30 years and is now sold at Target. So I decided what the heck, the lotion was cheaper so I bought it and it has worked wonders on both of us! It's unscented, so I went down to the health store and bought some essential oil of lavender and put a few drops in and mixed, it's awesome after a bath... good luck and look for it at Target only $5.49 near the makeup dept.

Here's a link on it..
