thanks for the feed back ladies! I used the website provided to check citations and ended up going with Alpa Acadamy. My son starts Tues, btu we have done surprise visits a few times and have been impresed with the staffs courtesy and care. I checked into Primrose but was a little put off by the number of citations they have received. Thanks again for all the helpfull insights!

Primrose school of hickory creek is amazing. My daughter has been there since she was 1. They has an amazing curricilium. They teach sign language to the young children to help them communicate before they can talk. She started kinder about a year ahead of a lot of the other kids in her class. She loved it there and so did I.

Hi! Going back to work is so hard! Enjoy every minute until you have to go back. I have two kids enrolled at Children's Courtyard in Corinth, it's off of 35 on the southbound side between Corinth Pkwy and Swisher. We absolutely love it there. They just opened last spring, so the facility is brand new and amazing. I would definetly recommend checking it out. They have a website as well. It's on the higher end of the scale as far as tuition goes, but well worth every penney. They offer employer discounts, so ask them if your employer has one with them. It also doesn't hurt to ask if they can wave registrations fees or have any special promotions going one. I was able to get all three when I enrolled! They also have a referral program, so if you know anyone at the center, make sure you tell them they sent you so they can get a free week of daycare! And if you don't know anyone tell them I sent you and I'll be eternally grateful for the savings!

On a less positive note, I would not recommend the Children's Lighthouse behind the Rave Theatre. After my second child was born, I tried to save a little bit of money and it was a huge mistake. They were constantly out of ratio, the kids were watching TV everytime I dropped them off and picked them up. Also, their playground is in front of a farm, so the kids were constantly covered in bug bites. My older child came home several days in a row w/ huge bruises, not the everyday I fell down type and they could not explain how he got them. They turned their staff almost completely in the 3 months I was there and the management has a huge communication issue and never followed through with any of my requests.

Let me know if there is anything else you'd like to know!

S.

Primrose of Hickory Creek is WONDERFUL!!! Having said that, I doubt they will have space available now. I had to put our name on the waiting list when I was about 4 months pregnant. ( I am not exaggerating!) Here is the web site www.primrosehickorycreek.com . The care in the infant room is superb.

You probably should of looked into this earlier as placed fill up, but I personally love Primrose. We used In Home Care but that was in Lewisville. Here is a website that might help you in your search.
