Looking for Father-to-be Father's Day Gift Ideas
Hi Ladies,
I'm due to have a baby on June 21st, but there is a chance that the little guy may make an early arrival.:) Either way I'd like to get a Father's Day gift for my husband exclusively from the baby. Does anyone have any cute ideas?
Thanks.

If you have an ultrasound picture of the baby try doing something with that. Take it to a photo place or something and see what they could do with it.

A friend of mine told me of this really cool gift idea on a website. I would have to ask her again for the website. But you make your own book up. You put your own pictures and words in it. If you have pictures of your pregnancy you can put that in there, and put your own words in it. It is actually really cool. You get like 23 pages I think and I think it's around $40 or somewhere around there. If you want to email me at ____@____.com later I can give you the website for it. I can't seem to get a hold of her now, but the books are really cool, and I think he'd love it.

My husband's first Father's Day I made coupons on the computer: get out of diaper duty, afternoon nap in peace and quiet, a big kiss or hug from baby, etc. I expired them for the next Father's Day so we were able to do new coupons the next year.

I find that it's sometimes hard for some dads to come up with game ideas. Perhaps you could get him a book that will give him some fun ideas of what activities he could do with his baby when the baby arrives. There are some out there that are arranged by age of the baby.
You could plant a tree or a bush in the Dads or baby's honor from his baby, then he can watch it grow and care for it as it resembles sort of bond that he can share with the baby. And, you could pick a manly type tree, like a dogwood, strong and hardy. Or, an Oak tree, which live to be hundreds of years old. I'm big on planting things in honor of someone.
