Looking for Creative Ideas to Announce 4Th Pregnancy

Hellow ladies!

I'm looking for some fun and creative ides to announce our 4th (and final) pregnancy to our parents. It was a complete surprise and our youngest is still quite young (less than a year), so no one is expecting this. In the past we've done the "just blurt it out" and the "I'm a big brother/sister" t-shirt. Since this is not the first grandchild for anyone, I don't think the message will be received if we just get them something that says grandma/grandpa on it, and seeing how our youngest is still a baby, I don't think they would understand any baby themed items such as bibs or onesies or diapers.

Any advice or ideas would be helpful! Thanks in advance.

What can I do next?

How about a frame with 4 openings? You could include pictures of your 3 kids and an ultrasound pic of baby #4.

Well - Mother's day is coming up - you can always sign the card - "and baby" or "as yet to be named".

Congrats to you.

How about making a calendar for mother's day. You can put your pictures of your kids on every month. Then, for the month you're due, you could put the ultrasound picture or a picture of the other kids holding a sign or something. Then circle the due date in red.
