I have heard from my neighbors that for their toddlers they love gatti town in Frisco near Stonebriar mall.

I had my daughter's 3yr bday party at ToysRUs at Stonebriar Mall area. Very nice party. I'm sure your child will love it.

I've not been to either place, but wanted to let you know about two other places that are really fun.
We went to a 2 yr party at The Animal House. It has big indoor inflatable jump houses, with two areas desined for younger kids. one paly fort and a soft play for the crawlers and beginner walkers. You would get an hour play time and 30mins in the private party room. It is located in McKinney. They let you bring your cake, decorations and food. This wsa alot of fun.
The other place is Gatti Town. It is located in Frisco. You get a room for free and you pay for each child to get buffet pizza, pasta, salad bar, and drink. You can give each child a game card to play games. They are simular to Chuch E Cheese, but the food is alot better and you have your own party room to eat and open presents. They have a carousel and a big ship that rocks back and forth. Outside they have a free mini train that takes the kids around the parking lot.
