We are hoping to move to Coppell this summer. I'm not familiar with the area and am looking for any advice you have on good, diverse neighborhoods. Also, if you know of a reputable realtor, please pass along his/her name.

Hi L.,

One of our client's wife is a realtor. She is very sweet and could possibly help you out. Her name is Keri Ponds, and her phone number is ###-###-####. Good luck with your home search. I have lived in Coppell my whole life and I absolutely love it!

God Bless!

My Mother is a Realtor in Flower Mound, but she used to see in Coppell so she knows the area really well. She has been in the biz for about 20 years. Her name is Cathy Smith and her ###-###-####. She can telll you about the neighborhoods as well. Good Luck!

(lol) L., darlin', I apologize for being blunt, but this is Coppell, the home of upper-middle-class pretentiousness. :-) There is only minimal diversity here (assuming you mean racially or culturally). On the other hand, there are also no bad neighborhoods that I've ever heard of, only expensive and more expensive. And the parks are great and the schools are great, and my husband and I have loved living here for its convenience and quietness and relative safety for almost three years.

In short, I think if you can afford Coppell (less house, less land for the money), you really can't go wrong anywhere in Coppell. (Don't mean to sound pretentious myself -- we aren't rich and live in a very modest neighborhood.)

If you have any questions, please ask!

L.,

I don't know of a realtor, but I do live in one of the sweetest neighborhoods. We live off Parkway and Lodge. We are close to the parks and the Aquatic center and there are a lot of children around your baby's age on my street.

Good luck with your search!

L.,

I don't know much about Coppell, but I do know of a great realtor. I don't have her phone number anymore but you should be able to find it easily. Her name is Nancy Russell and she's with Ebby Halliday in Irving, on MacArthur. She does a lot of business in the Coppell area and is very knowledgeable both about the area and in representing her buyer.

I haven't been in touch with Nancy in over a year. I used to be a mortgage lender at Bank of America and we had several mutual clients. She is very professional, personable and I've never known her to have a client who wasn't totally thrilled with her service.

Good Luck!

Hi L.,
We are moving out of Coppell to go home to SC. We have a great realtor her name is Cindy Etheridge. Her web site is whereshome.com. Also we live in Park meadows and have a 5 bdrm with a pool if your interested. It will be going on the market this weekend. But we totally love the area and we are within walking distance to the park and rec center which is so great when you have kids. I will really miss that.
thanks,
K.
