Looking for a OB/GYN That Delivers at Rush Copley(Aurora)

I am looking for an Ob/Gyn that delivers at Rush Copley. I have been going to one for the past year and a half for gyne issues, and have recently heard some bad reviews about her. I have been looking at Dreyer Medical or the Women's Health Associates(with Rush). If anyone has any recommendations from there, I would appreicate it. Thank you.

What can I do next?

good luck with the conception process! I know someone already mentioned the midwives at Rush, Karen and Noreen, but I wanted to second that recommendation. After a VERY careful search, I selected Karen and Noreen and were very pleased. The entire experience at Rush was excellent. Karen delivered my little boy in Jan. 2009, and I still am in awe of her professionalism, beside manner and attention to me and my family!

I love Dr. Alexander at Women's Healthcare Accocaiates. She delivered both of my daughters (23 months and 17 days old)and was great through both pregnancies. Everyone in the office is friendly and very helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. Druhan for 2 yrs now and I absolutely love her. She's very kind and caring. She delivered both of my sons. She has an office at the Physicians Offices at Rush-Copley as well at Indian Trail and Eola.

I used Dr. Duval and his partner Dr. Olabi at Rush Copley. Dr. Duval is no longer there but Dr Olabi is. I was considered a high-risk patient during my perganancy and got wonderful care from Dr Duval and Dr. Olabi. Dr Olabi speaks several languages and has a good bed-side amnner. I have a wonderful healthy daughter, who was born pre-maturely, to attest to the care I received from them. Hope this helps.

I don't have any experience with OB/GYNs in the Aurora area, but I would suggest going to the hospital's website and looking through the list of physicians there as a starting point. Good luck!

I love Dr. Embry. She is very down to earth, and I feel like I'm just talking to a buddy when I'm in her office. I have had two babies with her as my doctor. Her nurse is very knowledgeable and compassionate too.

Best of luck finding your doctor.

I have never stuck to one gynie because I had a hard time relating to someone or didnt feel comfortable or just felt like an appointment instead of a person.....until i found Dr Embry ........i have had my 3 children with her & still going for all my annual checkups instead of blowing them off......i have seen her out in public several times & she always stops to talk to me instead of heading the other way......even after 5 yers she remembers conversations she and I have had.......i see you had 2 other postings of Dr's in the same practice which I have also had to visit with when I had to do the "circulation" of Dr's during my pregnancy's & they were nice too......you mention that you are having a rough time conceiving & my friend saw a Dr right next to Dr Embry that deals with fertility, his name is Dr Binoire (not sure of excat spelling) she saw him for 2 years then decided to do accupuncture & was able to get pregnant after 6 years of trying .......good luck

I go to Doctor Druhan at Rush Copley. I really like her. I have heard nothing but good things about her and all the other doctors in her office.

Hi J. -

I had my last baby at Rush Copley and my doctor is Dr. Teressa Alexander w/ Women's Healthcare Assoc. I love her! She's the best doctor I've ever had. I actually switched to her on the recommendation of three of my friends who go to her also.

Good luck!
