saint johns seafood is awsome and great priced too. There is also I think a joes crabshack down at the beach. You could always try the traditional red lobster too but I'd much prefer the saint johns seafood. There is one on beach and I think university and also one on san pablo and beach. There may be others around but thats all I know. Also, there are a few places down at the jacksonville landing, I dont remember the name but its nice because its on the water so naturally they have seafood considering their location :-) hope I can help

T., this is in response to the question that you asked my about the "Kitty" playgroup. I did not respond to the email that was sent to me because it would only let me add to my rating comments on this group.

As far as why she does not accept applications from other parts of town I am not sure...course I am not sure why she does a lot of things. That particular group and its leader are very controlling and pretty much want to know every part of your life. If you want further infomation on that just let me know.

As far as good playgroups I am part of a couple of playgroups but the one that I really enjoy that really makes me feel welcome is Jax Moms and Tots. You can view their website at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Jaxmomsandtots/

If for some reason you can't see their webpage that way just let me know.

Where are you moving from and do you know what area of Jax you are moving to?

Feel free to email me directly at
____@____.com

Hope this helps a little

HEy, My husband is a doc too. I have a two and a half year old girl-Saylor! We love seafood. You can not beat St. Johns Seafood company, cheap and good. Along with the best in town Gene's Seafood. Delicious and cheap my favorite. Call and maybe we could get hte girls together for a day at the park or something!

A lot of people talk about Whitey's Fish Camp, which isn't too far from you. I've never been there, but I've only heard good things.

Barbara Jeans is excellent! It is on Solana Rd off of A1A...approx 4 miles down solano rd. Also on the intercoastal waterway. Good home cooking! Enjoy!
