Local Travel for Long Weekend

Any ideas on a great place withing 3-4 hours of Baltimore that we can go for a long weekend? I have a 6 yr old, 4 yr old, and 2 yr old. Also... if at all possible, we'd like to take our dog with us! We just need to get out =)

What can I do next?

Head to Seven Springs Resort in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania. It's about 3.5 hours away from Baltimore, and there are lots of things for kids to do. It is a ski resort, but with a lot more (indoor activities like minigolf, swimming, play areas). You can look it up online. Good luck!

Great Wolf Lodge in the Williamsburg area in Virginia. It's an indoor water park/hotel. I know two families who've been there and said they had a great time.

hi,
try a bed and breakfast in havre de grace or perryville, md
or frederick and cumberland. we're talking about a $100 or less a night, plus breakfast. water in perryville and hdeg with a lighthouse, dams and museums. the same with cumberland, only you have the mountains and train tours. your only looking at a 60 to 90 minute drive.

I suggest Deep Creek Maryland. There are a lot of houses you can rent that allow dogs.
