"Little Swimmers"

Little Swimmers are awesome! I have used them with all three of my kids. Most places won't let them in the water without them if their in diapers. I like little swimmers as opposed to the other non disposable plastic swimming pants b/c it's like a diaper, just wipe them and throw away the mess.

I used these for my little guy last summer, even though he was on the young side and they were too big, but they were still great. I plan on using them again this year! For a fun experiment, try the regular diaper and you'll be amazed at the amount of water it absorbs...the LS is definitely a great investment :)

If he is going to be in the water at all, yes, you'll need some type of swim diaper. Primarily because regular diapers have little gel pieces that swell when wet so they'll weigh him down. Little swimmers are primarily designed to keep poop in but not absorb liquid. Most community pools require these for children that are not potty trained.

We used the Pampers Splashers (basically the same thing). They worked great, and you can just tear them off on the sides to take them off--it's really hard to slide wet ones down, so it makes it easier.

We used little swimmers with out daughter and I thought they were a great investment. They fit just like diapers and could easily be removed after water play since you could just tear at the side seams.

I bought some last year for my daughter and they worked great. Most pool require these type of swim diapers for little ones and I know ours does. It is cheaper than going to to the store and buying more Little Swimmers everytime you want to go swimming. I know Target sells the swim suit diapers later when its time to put out the summer clothes.

We have a pool, and we use Little Swimmers. Regular diapers will clog up the drains of the pool. We've been using the LS for 2 years now.
