Laundry - Clio,MI
How do I get burrs out of my sons mesh like sweat pants? He stayed all night with a friend Saturday night and got his pants full of burrs. I am trying to not just throw them away because number 1 they are Adidas and 2 they are one of his favorites.
Thanks

You can use tweezers to grasp the small hooks and unhook them or break them off. Its time consuming, but works.
Good luck to you and yours.

I agree with the other ladies, duct tape, tweezers or your fingers. But I think he should be doing the work rather than you. Give him a chance to take care of his clothes and learn how long it takes to clean up after a night of fun. JMO

I've used my fingers, a wire dog brush, an old hairbrush or comb, whatever works.

Velcro or tape might pull some of them out. If you have a pet and they have a brush with a straight edge that may work too if you stretch the pants and then use the brush. Washing may loosen some of the burrs too, but otherwise I guess pulling out one by one.

You just have to grab hold of them and yank. You may be able to use duct tape for the smaller ones if you're up to the challenge. Good luck!

That's what I was thinking. There's not much you can do other than pull them out by hand. Tweezers or a pair of needle nose pliers.
