What cookbook for kids do you recommend? I will get one for my daughter for Christmas with some real baking tools, but can't decide on the book. Something relatively easy (she is 7) but also good food. Thanks!

I second Angie's recommendation. I got that one when I was a kid and I STILL use it on occasion. :) It comes with it's own plastic measuring spoons and also has a couple of non-food recipes (dog biscuits, play-dough). Love that book... :)

Back when my daughter was pretty young, I ordered cookbooks from Pillsbury. I believe they are Alpha-Bakery. Super simple. They were an offer that was on the back of the flour package.

I loved it so much, I bought more and gave them as gifts to her other friends.

Of course, this is not as fancy as some of the hardcover ones in the bookstores but she had a lot of fun with it and my daughter loves being in the kitchen and cooking now at 17 yrs old.

Rachel Ray has a kids' cookbook: Cooking Rocks! Rachel Ray 30-Minute Meals For Kids. My kids like this one a lot... :)
