I am wanting to make cucumber sandwiches for my DD 3rd birthday party but not sure how it is made. I know cucumber and cream cheese but what else?
How do you make yours?
I never made cucumber sandwiches for my kids, but thanks for the idea! If I were to make it, I would literally just use cucumbers and cream cheese on whole wheat bread. A really cute touch is to take cookie cutters and cut the sandwich in their shape. However, it's a bit wasteful, so cutting them up in little triangles is also cute. Have fun!
If you haven't found a recepie that works for you let me know, I have a couple that we use at our tea parties and I would be more than happy to share with you.
