I was wondering if anyone has tried Herbalife./shapeworks. And if so did they lose any wieght off of it? This is not a pill it's a shake you take twice a day and it's supposed to be breastfeeding safe. Although I do not breast feed anymore. Thank You

What can I do next?

Hi B., The Herbalife Shapeworks program does work. When I was on it I lost 10 lbs and 10 inches in 2 weeks. I had to go off it for other reasins but it is a great program. I am also an Herbalife distributor so if you need any info just let me know and I can give you my number. Good luck, losing weight is one of the hardest things for women to do it seems. Hope this helps.

Hi B.,

I tried it and did not like it. It made my heart race. I tried tons of different diet pills and they all made me feel yucky. I finally realized what did work was the simple diet and exercise. I am pregnant now so I will be trying to lose weight again after my son is born. Good luck. I know it's always hard to stick to a program. I also run a in home child care and will be needing an assistant part time after I have my son. I am on bed rest right now and will probably starting back in June. Let me know if you want to talk a little more about that.

Thanks
Cynthia

Hi B.,
Diet pills of any kind are not good for your body as they destroy your metabolism all together. Been there. Done that. They ruined my metabolism so bad that it's been really difficult for me to lose weight. I actually gained. I did however lose weight on diet pills, but they actually control everything and once you're off of them, it leaves your body messed up. I would suggest a regular (low to no sugar meaning no more than 5g per day), low carb and calorie diet along with exercise. It's really easy to get caught up in the 'diet pill' way of dieting and losing weight because it's the easy way out and now a days with life being so busy most of the time, we're apt to doing it. So try the natural way and keep consistant about it and it will work for you. Best wishes,G. B.,
These are not pills, this is wholefood soy based nutrition. I have been with Herbalife for almost ten years. I lost 25 lbs and kept if off. If you follow the plan and speak to the person who got you started, the weight will come off. These are incredible products and they will help you. Good luck.
