I was looking for someone that has had both and what they liked. Hubby wants me to get an iphone since he has one, I am thinking android for the aps as they seem not to cost and I can maybe figure it out more.
I am not all that computer tecky.. just wondering!
We have pc at home too so wondering about that kind of thing as well.

I know that icloud is out there, but if we are on teh same account is there a way that i do not get all of his contacts... he doesn;t want all mine and I do not want all of his.. we can exchange th eones that we need.

Thanks all you techy people

I went from a blackberry to an iphone, so did my hubby. We like that there is "facetime" on the iphone. This is wonderful when we are away from each other (like now). It is video chat. The iphone has free aps too, I guess it depends on what you are looking for. My stepson has an android and likes it. He can upgrade his phone, but he is happy with his droid.
I would pull upboth phones on the net and compare the features. I did this on the Verizon site. I ended up getting the iphone it seemed to do more then the androids, IMO.

I had an iPhone for years before switching to an Android last year. If you're not a techy person I would suggest an iphone. They are much more intuitive. That being said, you'll probably enjoy whatever you decide!

My husband went from an android to an iphone and back to an android.
In all honesty, I can't remember why which I know doesn't help you. I do remember that AT&T at the time was very helpful when he went over his limits because he had all his work calls forwarded to his cell. When he called about a question on his bill the noticed he would be better served with a different plan which was overall cheaper.
He is a geek and is all over everything the android has to offer. I got one about 6 months ago and I know I am not utilizing probably 1/2 of what it has to offer.

I am not techy either. I had a droid for a couple years and just got my iphone this summer. There is no comparison on ease of use. Iphone wins hands down. I actually hated my droid because it constantly had problems and would freeze up all the time and the entire thing would be useless. I love my iphone. My older daughter has had one since they came out and loves it as well. Probably will never buy another kind.
