Hello,

The expectant mother we are matched with is set to deliver at Arlington Memorial Hospital. We live in North Dallas and have had no experience with his hospital. Can anyone share their experiences their as a birth or adoptive parent? Or as a staff member or former staff member??

Thank you for helping me know what to expect and how to make it the best experience it can be for everyone involved.

What can I do next?

My cousin delivered at Arlington Memorial had had an excellent experience. I don't know anything about adoption, however. Good luck!

We delivered both our boys at Arlington Memorial. The staff is great. You deliver on the 2nd floor and then they move you and the baby up stairs to the 3rd floor for the rest of your stay. I was induced with both, so we came in on a determined day and time. I am not sure how it will be for your situation though.

Usually if you go into labor, you come in and go to the triage room, so they can check how far a long you are and such. If they feel that you are ready to deliver, they will put you into a room. The rooms are a pretty good size. They have a bed for the mom, a couch, a chair, sink and in the bathroom a toilet and shower.

Not sure what other information you are looking for. If you have any questions, let me know
