Does anyone have this kitchen? We've had it for about two months and the sounds have quit working. Yes, we changed the batteries and made sure the new ones were good. Anybody else have this problem? Any suggestions on how to try to fix it?
I called Fisher-Price and they were prepared to send me a new kitchen. As I was closely examining it to find all the numbers they wanted, I found an on/off switch!!!! No where in the instructions does it say anything about an on/off switch. In all the reviews on the product, the only complaint anyone had was that you couldn't turn it off. LOL!
Thanks to everyone for suggesting I call Fisher-Price. They were great.
I agree call them we had a Fisher Price Law Mower that the handle kept coming off. I called them and they sent me another one within a week.
Go online/call customer service at Fisheer Price. Their customer service department is exellent! I would not be surprised if they sent you a new one. We had a problem with a high chair a few yeara back. I called and within a week UPS delivered a new one to my door! Good Luck!
If it's the one we have we had problems too but it was the sounds in the advanced stage versus the little stage. There's a lever that wasn't tripping. Call the company and they'll replace it. We figured out a way to rig ours when in the lower stage so I wouldn't have to send it back but they were willing to replace it.
Have you contacted the FP website to complain?
We have it and love it. I would call Fisher Price customer service. We had a problem with our Learning Puppy, and they were wonderful - sent us a new one.
