Garage Sales in Lake Zurich Area

I don't know if you are familiar with Craig's list (www.craigslist.com) but they often have postings for area garage sales. You can put in your city or area for location and then try the "Free" section...Good Luck!

I usually check with the local paper (Pioneer Press), and the Advertiser is a free paper that usually has a page or so of local sales. Also, sometimes when you leave the Dominick's or Jewel, some have a bulletin board of people selling things or having a sale. One more, ask around at nearby churches, because many like to do rummage sales right around now. Good luck and happy shopping (I clothed my three kids for the first few years of their lives and many of their toys and such came "gently used")!

In Round Lake Beach, on Rollins avenue is Once a Upon a Child. I bought toys for my infant there at Christima. The have tons of toys at this time-very cheap! Great stuff! I have a six year old and a 13 mos. old. I shop there all the time for stuff when I am in a situation like you, or now that I know that I done with kids. I have been bringing in all of my gently used clothes, books and toys.

Not sure what they have, but St. Anne's in Barrington is having their annual sale now.
