Well, it is great that they eat veggies, but you should try for fresh or frozen rather than canned. THere aren't as many nutrients in the canned veggies or fruits (plus there is added salt / sugar). For your baby, I would try whole milk yogurt, cheerios, soft fruits cut into small bites (pears, peaches, plums), applesauce, Kix cereal, avocado. Your older child can eat anything you eat (unless she has allergies).

What do you eat? Why can't they eat what you do?
Fix meals, turkey meatloaf, pizza (homeade and have your five year old help), small cut up pieces of soft meats like chicken or turkey? Healthy fish sticks? Canned veggies offer very little nutrition, get frozen ones and cook them until soft or steam them to get the full benefit.
Try brocolli/rice, they have them premade in the frozen section, my kids love that!
For lunches give them cut up into smaller pieces of turkey and cheese sandwiches, grilled cheese, hard boiled eggs.

My daughter was only 16lbs on her first bday and has always been petite even at 7 years of age. Offering her healthy choices and more flavor into her diet will help her be less picky and encourage her to eat what you do.
Even my kids love baked salmon.
Get the jarred versions of Gerber Graduates too of cut up carrots, green beans, soft fruits that are already cubed on the go for your 10 mos old. The meatsticks are good in the Gerber Graduates.

There's lots of options out there. I agree with the others that you all can be eating the same things. Here's a few ideas, some won't work as well for the 10 month old yet:
meatloaf - easy for the little one to chew
fresh fruits - cantalope, peaches, bananas, berries, etc
chicken enchiladas
steamed vegetables
chicken casseroles
grilled cheese with turkey on whole wheat bread
homemade chicken nuggets - I bread them and bake instead of frying

hope some of these ideas help

They should both eat what you eat! Unless, of course, you only eat Spaghettios too, ha, ha. At about 10 months we started feeding our daughter everything, including vegetable and chicken curry. It really helped us eat a healthier and more balanced diet too. For a while we got too dependent on baby foods and she lost interest in eating, but once we started feeding her more interesting, tasteful foods and only supplementing with baby food, she started to eat more. It may take a few times with some foods, but then one day she suddenly likes them, so its crucial to keep offering new things at all ages I think. On a recent family trip, some of our extended family members even remarked about how much she liked really flavorful foods at 13 months old - including a lot of garlic heavy foods!
