If you mash of puree his fruit slip some vegetables in with it. That is what I did with my son who only liked apple sauce and yogurt and milk. period. If he is only 13 months old and only has 3 teeth he probably shouldn't be eating too many really solid foods. Have you tried scrambled eggs or yogurt? Get the kind that has live bacteria. W. C.

If he likes to drink a lot you might try the juicy juice harvest surprise, that has I believe 1 full serving of veggies and fruit in each glass. I think my first son was drinking about 30 oz a day of milk, a bottle at breakfast, lunch dinner and bed time.

At 11 months both my children would eat rice, beans, tofu and even meat - beef, chicken, fish, not processed meat. I cut it very smal, not puree, even tought they didn't have a lot of teeth. Basically I always fed them the same food my husband and I have, I just make sure everything is smal enough so they don't choke. About the milk, after 12 months they only had milk 3 times a day, mornings, lunch and bed time. Hope it helps. Good luck!

Hi A.,
A couple of things: kids go through stages and one day they will eat something they love, while the next day they won't touch it; this is normal; try melting a little bit of cheese over broccoli and cauliflower (both my kids love this and have for a long time)--if you cook the broc and cauli enough, it's soft enough for them to eat, even with three teeth. =0) Don't feed him the stems, just the florets.
The most reassuring bit of info I received from the doctor's office with my first child: up until about age five, your goal is to help kids eat a balanced diet over a period of three weeks, not each day! So, if one day they don't eat any veggies, and the next day that's all they will eat, great! =0)
Oh, also, check out a great book called the Sneaky Chef; the author's last name is Lapine, I think. It's a great way as your babe gets older to sneak fruits and veggies into foods they love. =0)
Hope this helps and good luck,
L., mother of almost 4 y.o. Zaria and almost 2 y.o. Simon
