Lifetime Fitness has free child care for infants. They have great facilities, Aveda salon on premises and cafe. Its by far the best gym that I have belonged to. You can check if there is a location close to you: www.lifetimefitness.com.

I go to 24 hour fitness off of Central and royal lane. They have child care services for any child over 6 months old. My children love to go there and they actually urge me to go workout almost everynight b/c they want to go and play with their friends. Childcare is free for members. Good luck and I hope this helps.
