Hi,
I don't know if you can add music to them, but Walgreens has software kits to put a video slideshow together. You use your computer to create it. They have different ones for baby, weddings, vacations, and birthdays. Hallmark has similar ones as well.

http://www.smilebox.com/ Click on slideshow. I make a very simple one (black background with captions--under Everyday Slides) for each year of my son's life. You can easily email it, save it to a CD, post on a blog or FB, or orint out the pages. You can also add music. There are free songs you can add, or you can download something and add your own music. very easy to do!!
